Who are our lawyers
Humberto Sarkis Lara
LAWYERFounding Partner at SARKIS + VIDALES; specialist in transactional gaming and Founding Partner at SARKIS + VIDALES; specialist in transactional, gaming and telecommunications laws.
Holds a law degree from the "Tecnológico de Monterrey"; a master's in military administration for national security and defense from the "Colegio de Defensa Nacional"—highest house of strategic studies of the Mexican Armed Forces; and, a doctorate in political and social sciences with orientation in public administration from the "Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México".
Previously and among other responsibilities, he has served as Technical Deputy Secretary at the "Comisión Federal de Telecomunicaciones" (today IFETEL), the regulatory body for telecommunications and broadcasting in Mexico; and, as Regulatory Director of the Vice Presidency of Information at Televisa, a world leading consortium in Spanish-speaking media.
Fernando Vidales Armendáriz
